Reinventing a Family Business
When Cathy and William took over the family business, they approached it as students, not bosses. They toured warehouses, listened to the teams, and tried to understand how things worked day to day. They asked questions about what was running smoothly and what was getting in the way. They noticed the small details that kept operations moving and the challenges that slowed them down. Those visits were not about making quick changes. They were about learning the real needs of the people doing the work. That patience and attention shaped how they made decisions and built the foundation for the company’s future.

William Shih, co-founder and head of sales and business development, brings years of experience and a natural talent for building strong customer relationships. His entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking have played a key role in GWC’s continued growth and reputation for reliability.
Cathy Shih leads operations and logistics with precision and care. With a degree in International Studies, she focuses on efficiency, inventory management, and supplier partnerships. Her work behind the scenes ensures that each customer receives the support and service they need to keep their warehouses running smoothly.
