GWC Packaging is a second-generation, family-owned business. The company began as a luggage business in downtown Los Angeles. In 2011, after seeing the high demand for warehouse packaging products and the lack of service offered by those in the business, William and Cathy got an idea.
They started learning about and researching packaging supplies, market needs and service disparity. With no outside sales experience — just their newly acquired knowledge and a strong drive to succeed — they struck out to gain customers.
